On July 1st 2014 Dal Cin Spa adopted their own Ethical Code, after the resolution of the Board of Directors of 20/5/2014, in view of applying the model of management and control described in the Italian Law 231/2001 on the administrative responsibility of the company.

The Ethical Code, an updated version of which as of 31/12/2023 can be consulted directly from the company website, commits all company stakeholders (directors, employees, collaborators, agents and consultants, but also suppliers of goods and services) to adhere to its guidelines and conduct, based on the assessments expressed during the examination of the possibilities of crime expressed in Legislative Decree 231/01 and subsequent updates.

Dal Cin Spa remind that their ethical principles are considered accepted by all the suppliers
through the simple acceptance of the order/supply, engaging them in behaviors and strategies in line with ethics and fairness expressed in the Ethical Code. .
